Location Marketing
We organize international dialogue formats to present and promote the location of Germany. Within our projects, we specifically promote selected regions and their location advantages.
In this area, we offer the following services:

- Market analyses
For these events, we handle project management including the involvement of all partners, are responsible for program planning, ensure targeted communication to specific audiences, and oversee implementation. We handle all bookings and settlements with external service providers from our network. Additionally, we are responsible for evaluation.
In the preparation of market analyses, we also manage the project, define the questions to be answered together with our clients, conduct desk research, consult experts from our network, or travel to markets to gather first-hand information.

On behalf of Germany Trade and Invest (GTAI), energiewaechter organized an international hydrogen delegation through the former coal regions in Germany. The team, along with several economic development agencies, was responsible for program design and accompanying the journey. As part of this, several companies and institutions in North Rhine-Westphalia, Saxony-Anhalt, and Saxony focusing on hydrogen were visited with the international delegation. Additionally, energiewaechter was responsible for designing the project website including registration capabilities and recruiting participants from the German side.
In January 2023, energiewaechter partnered with Business Iceland/Green by Iceland to organize the "Our Climate Future – Germany & Iceland: Clean Energy Summit 2023." This one-day conference, focusing on renewable energies and CCUS, took place on June 12, 2023, at the Nordic Embassies in Berlin, with over 180 participants. The event was opened by Dr. Robert Habeck, Vice Chancellor and Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, and Gudlaugur Thór Thórdarson, Iceland's Minister for Environment, Energy, and Climate. The energiewaechter team was responsible for recruiting and assisting high-level decision-makers from the German economy (especially energy-intensive industries and providers of solutions in the field of renewable energy), municipalities, and energy providers. To facilitate this, energiewaechter created a dedicated landing page with registration capabilities. Additionally, energiewaechter's IT department coordinated and implemented the live stream on energiewaechter's YouTube channel. During the conference, the energiewaechter team, consisting of four members, was present on-site to assist participants, manage the live streaming, and conduct live marketing. Energy Efficiency
“Made in Germany” has a good international reputation with regard to (green) technologies. Roughly two of five new patents in the field of energy efficiency are from Germany. There are a great number of medium-sized German companies offering innovative products and services to foreign markets. Many of them are considered as technology leaders in their respective business segments.
Energy efficiency plays a vital role in many aspects of our social and economic life, be it in the building sector, in industrial processes, in transport and mobility or other infrastructure. We count on efficient technologies to produce power and heat in private and public buildings, and we want efficient procedures, plants and technical equipment for industrial processes and mobility purposes. Some of these innovations can already be observed in a number of practical applications.
Since 2010 energiewaechter has planned and realized a great number of workshops, conferences, business trips and policy studies in the field of energy efficiency.
