Since 2011, energiewaechter GmbH has been organizing and accompanying the business and delegation trips of the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK) as part of the Energy Export Initiative and the Market Development Program. In addition, the company implements event formats for the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) and Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI). With more than 450 event formats including workshops, conferences, and trade fair participation for private and public clients, we have gained both experience and a broad network of competent experts, innovative companies, and research institutions. The clear focus has always been on the areas of energy, climate, and environmental protection.

Business & Delegation Trips

Business trips abroad - As a service provider of the BMWK, we have been accompanying business trips within the scope of the Energy Export Initiative and the Market Development Program for many years. We can also plan individual business trips for you!

Delegation trips to Germany - We are happy to welcome foreign delegations to Germany and plan a warm welcome, the appropriate travel logistics as well as interesting topics and sightseeing objects. We are also happy to organize meetings with potential business partners for the delegation participants.

Conference & B2B Events

Conference organization - We are experts in the organization of professional conferences and take over the project management for you. In the run-up to the event, we organize all relevant tasks, from the registration agent, catering, and speaker support to the target group-oriented promotion of your event. On-site, we take care of the location, participants, speakers, technology, and all other service providers involved. Afterward, we professionally prepare the results of your event and thus create not only an appropriate conclusion but also the basis for a possible follow-up event.

B2B Matchmaking Events & Workshops - For the initiation of new business contacts we organize professional B2B matchmaking events, e.g. in the context of trade fairs, but also as independent events. We organize the invitation management and with the help of detailed participant profiles, we create the meeting agendas. On-site, we look after all participants and the service providers involved.

Digital events

Digital conference with live streaming - We support you in selecting and setting up the right platform. In addition, we supervise and train your speakers, moderators, and interpreters. We are also happy to implement professional preparation of the contributions for subsequent retrieval.

Virtual matchmaking - Digital matchmaking does not replace handshakes. Nevertheless, it offers a good opportunity for the first contact. We are happy to schedule your virtual business meetings for you.

Digital trade fair - In the last two years, we have become experts in the implementation of digital trade fairs and can prepare the individual trade fair stand for you as well as plan and implement a complete digital trade fair. In doing so, we are always up to date with the latest trends and usability of the platform and prepare a detailed trade fair budget for you.
