Simon Damouni / Senior Consultant & IT representative

Since July 2021, Simon Damouni has been working as a consultant at energiewaechter and supervises events of the Export Initiative Energy as well as the Market Development Program of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK). In addition, he conducts project acquisition and development and takes care of IT at energiewaechter.

After his graduation in computer science at the Technical University of Berlin (August 2006), Simon Damouni first started working as a software developer for a fault diagnosis program at a supplier for Daimler in Stuttgart.

From 2009-2016, he was employed by SOLON in Berlin as a co-developer of a monitoring system for large-scale photovoltaic systems from 1 MWp. During this time, dozens of plants were erected and monitored throughout Europe. The largest of them with almost 50 MWp.
In 2017, he took over the monitoring business from SOLON Operations GmbH after it withdrew from the European market and continues to operate this as his own company.
