Silke Jenssen / Consultant - Marketing & Communications

Silke Jenssen joined the energiewaechter team in May 2019 as a Consultant. She is responsible for different marketing- and communications projects, for example within the „German Energy Solutions” initiative and the Market Entry Programme on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. 

Before joining energiewaechter, Silke Jenssen has gained profound experience in international project and marketing management at various institutions in the higher education and research sector. Among others, she worked as head of International Scholar Services at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Marketing Professional at Fraunhofer CMI in Boston (USA), and head of International Student Programs at RWTH Aachen International Academy.

Silke Jenssen holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Science and Policy of Maastricht University (the Netherlands) and studied business administration at University of Applied Sciences in Aachen, and at Mälardalen University (Sweden).
