We organize international event formats facilitating dialogue among businesses, research institutions, and policymakers, always with a focus on energy and environmental technologies.

For these events, we handle project management including the involvement of all partners, are responsible for program planning, ensure targeted communication to specific audiences, and oversee implementation. We handle all bookings and settlements with external service providers from our network. Additionally, we are responsible for evaluation.

➥ GIZ India – H2 Delegation Trips to Hannover, Rotterdam, Munich, and Brussels

energiewaechter GmbH was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, specifically GIZ India/IGEF, to organize and conduct four partially high-level project initiation trips with Indian company representatives focusing on hydrogen and renewable energies as part of the H2-Uppp project by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK). Trips were organized to Hannover Messe 2023, the World Hydrogen Summit 2023 in Rotterdam, Intersolar Europe 2023 in Munich, and European Hydrogen Week in Brussels. In addition to organizing typical company and reference object visits, energiewaechter was responsible for organizing and implementing a two-hour side event with 50 to 60 participants (including speaker and participant recruitment) and several guided tours at each trip. Various experts and representatives from German hydrogen and renewable energy companies were consistently involved. In terms of logistics, energiewaechter managed bus transfers, event venues, technology, catering, hotel accommodations, and restaurant visits. Furthermore, delegations ranging from 10 to 35 participants were always accompanied by two consultants who provided support and guidance on all substantive and organizational matters.

➥ Energy Evaluation Europe Conference 2022

In collaboration with the Energy Evaluation Europe group, energiewaechter organized a three-day conference focusing on policy and program evaluation at the international level in the energy sector. The Energy Evaluation Europe Conference 2022 took place in the autumn of 2022 at the EDF-Lab in Paris-Saclay, France. In close coordination with the steering committee and board members, energiewaechter was responsible for program development and supporting the session speakers. Additionally, energiewaechter handled the promotion of the event to potential participants and sponsors, as well as overseeing all involved service providers including venue and catering. To this day, energiewaechter continues to serve as the "Secretary to the board" and will be involved in organizing future conferences.

➥ Virtual Conference & ExpoVirtual Greentech Latin America

In 2020 and 2021, energiewaechter organized the three-day virtual expo and conference "ExpoVirtual Greentech Latin America." During the pandemic, the platform served as a matchmaking and knowledge-sharing hub between primarily German and Latin American companies and stakeholders interested in renewable energies, energy efficiency, and environmental technologies. energiewaechter was responsible for concept development and execution, collaborating with the majority of the Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHK network) in Latin America for both events.
